Red House makes it easy for you and your band to have a fun and productive rehearsal. Our studios are fully equipped with a PA, drum kit, and amps. We've got beer and made to order pizza right on site, and there's even free Wi-Fi so you can quickly look up lyrics on your laptop. All that, plus it's clean, affordable, and located in the East Bay's local music hub; so if you're looking for another band member, you're almost sure to find them here.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Rate	$25/Hour (includes applicable tax). All gear included.
Reservations	Complete contact information, and a valid credit card, are required at the time of reservation.
Setup & Load Out	Clients may reconfigure the rooms, although the studios must be back to their original configuration and fully vacated by the end of the reservation. Failure to fully load-out and re-configure the room within your allotted reservation time will result in a $10 penalty charge.
House Rules	Red House STRICTLY forbids smoking and drug use, as well as drinking in our parking area. Client's may not bring in alcohol beverages, although beer and wine is available for purchase.
Cancellations	Reservations not cancelled by 6:00 pm on the day prior to your sessions are subject to full charge. Red House reserves the right decline reservations for musicians who cancel frequently.
