DYLAN DiMARTINI

Berklee College of Music Honors Grad.
Accomplished Songwriter, Band Leader and Guitarist.

Dylan DiMartiniDylan DiMartini wrote his first song when he was 8 years old, and soon after began his studies on the guitar in order to supplement his compositions. At the age of 14 Dylan had already recorded his first full length CD at The Record Plant (Metallica, Tracy Chapman, Van Morrison), received airplay on LIVE105, won second place in LIVE105's Not So Silent Night Contest, and was playing shows regularly around the East Bay, as the lead singer/songwriter and guitar player of Broken Dolls.

After gigging regularly with Broken Dolls for five years, Dylan decided to further his music education at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he studied traditional and jazz theory, ear training, guitar performance, and music synthesis. Dylan graduated from Berklee in August 2010, with a Bachelor of Music, Magna Cum Laude, in Professional Music.

"As a teacher, I encourage my students to share their musical tastes and interests with me in order to teach them songs that are exciting and engaging to them while developing their technical skills as a player. I teach my students to get creative and help them turn their skills into tools to write original music."

Dylan is once again playing shows in the Bay Area as the lead singer/songwriter and guitarist of Repeater Pan.
